The Lithium-ion batteries have proved to be the battery of interest for Electric Vehicle manufacturers because of its high charge density and low weight. Even though these batteries pack in a lot of punch for its size they are highly unstable in nature. It is very important that these batteries should never be over charged or under discharge at any circumstance which brings in the need to monitor its voltage and current. This process gets a bit tougher since there are a lot of cells put together to form a battery pack in EV and every cell should be individually monitored for its safety and efficient operation which requires a special dedicated system called the Battery Management System. Also to get the maximum efficiency from a battery pack, we should completely charge and discharge all the cells at the same time at the same voltage which again calls in for a BMS. Apart from this the BMS is held responsible for many other functions which will be discussed below.

We have good understanding on battery management system. Battery State of Health (SOH) & state of charge (SOC) algorithms, cell balancing techniques, debugging problems, life enhancing algorithms. Accountable for all phases of software development life cycle such as requirements, design, coding, and implementation. Collaboration, validation of algorithm developed at system level with firmware development team for software / hardware integration and validation. Familiar with degradation mechanisms of batteries and battery materials. Hands on experience working with Cell & Pack cycling equipment. Knowledge of electrical test equipment used in battery cell testing or equivalent. As a highly motivated we are passionate about Advanced battery controls and new concept development in the domain of electric vehicles and storage systems. We will model, create, describe, and implement control and estimation algorithms in our Lithium-Ion batteries. Architecting, constructing, and implementing BMS firmware, validation techniques, equipment, and automation will be your responsibility. Work on development projects from cell capacity, impedance, energy, and degradation estimation to diagnostics of sensors, cells, and battery pack components
